Julie is the Founder and Executive Director of the Institute for the Future of Learning.

For over ten years, she has worked closely with leaders helping them improve their performance and that of their team. Through this work, it has become clear to her that the current industrial age model of education is not preparing young adults for the demands and opportunities of the 21st century. So, she's going to the source - helping change what children learn and how they learn it so that they leave school ready to succeed in life.
