On Monday evening of this week I had a fun and productive planning session with Julie Stuart of Making Ideas Visible - the objective of our time together was to brainstorm my business plan for the Institute for the Future of Learning.  Who knew business plan generation could be so fun?

Over the course of 90 minutes, I talked 'brain dump' style in Boston while Julie got busy with her markers in Duluth.  The result arrived yesterday in the mail (see below).

  As a result of my time with Julie, I have the big picture (in its most literal sense!) along with a 3 month plan of specific next steps.  I will get to work on my immediate action items and look forward to my next check in with Julie in 3 months time -  blogging progress along the way.
